Hotel Policy

We do not charge your credit card until you arrive for your stay. You may cancel your reservation by phone (1-800-327-9347), email (alaskanhotel@hotmail.com) or on-line (if you made your reservation on-line). Reservations must be cancelled at least 1 day prior to your stay. If the reservation is not cancelled at least 1 day prior to your stay, your credit card will be charged for 1 nights stay for each room reserved.

 

Alaskan Gear Policy

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all our t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, hats and glasswear. Please call us at 907-586-1000 in advance to obtain return permission. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Return shipping is at the customers expense and no shipping charges are refundable.
